The next public meeting of the Commission has been set for May 21 from 1pm to 5pm Pacific and will be held via Zoom.

Healthy California for All Commission to Hold Virtual Meeting May 21
Sacramento, Calif. — The Healthy California for All Commission will hold a virtual Zoom meeting Thursday, May 21, resuming its work to develop a plan for advancing progress toward achieving a health care delivery system for California that provides coverage and access through a unified financing system, including, but not limited to a single payer financing system.
The Commission’s 13 voting members include California Health and Human Services Secretary Mark Ghaly, eight gubernatorial appointees and four legislative appointees. There are also five ex-officio, non-voting members.
At the May 21 meeting, Commission members will review and discuss analytic findings describing the potential effects of unified financing. They will also participate in breakout group discussions to prioritize design options that affect how, and how well, a system of unified financing would work.
